§ 58-6. Items included in costs.

All engineering and inspection costs, including a proper proportion of the compensation, salaries and expenses of the engineering staff of the city properly chargeable to any improvement, and interest for not exceeding six months, and all other costs, including legal expenses, incident to the laying and levying of such lien, and filing and recording the lien, shall be deemed a part of the cost of an improvement made or constructed under this chapter, and may be prorated against the property assessed in such manner as the city council may determine.
